中廣核惠州生態核電建設探索

摘  要：

在習近平生態文明思想的指引下，中國能源研究會聯合中國廣核集團有限公司踐行“綠水青山就是金山銀山”理念，首次以大灣區內新核電專案為依託，提出了生態核電概念，制定了生態核電站指標評價體系，形成了一系列理論成果。中廣核惠州核電有限公司勇做核電行業建設生態文明和《粵港澳大灣區發展規劃綱要》生態文明建設的先行者，結合區域發展實際，提出了以“三生四層”為核心的生態惠核實施方案，闡述了核電發展與區域自然、經濟和社會人文發展的關係，擬定了六大生態舉措，積極推動生態核電示範工作，為生態核電發展提供了中國方案。

Abstract: Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought, and in accordance with the concept that clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains, China Energy Research Society and China General Nuclear Group have put forward the concept of ecological nuclear power, developed the relating evaluation system, and made a series of theoretical achievements. Being the pioneer of ecological nuclear power in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,  CGN Huizhou Ltd. Has proposed an implementation plan of Huizhou ecological nuclear power station, clarified the relationship  among  nuclear development、regional ecological and social humanity, formulated  six ecological initiatives, promoted the demonstration, and offered the Chinese solutions of ecological nuclear power.
