粵港澳大灣區海上風電發展現狀與展望

摘要：

《粵港澳大灣區發展規劃綱要》提出要優化能源供應結構，強化能源儲運體系，優化粵港澳大灣區能源結構和佈局，建設清潔、低碳、安全、高效的能源供給體系。本文經過數據分析，發現粵港澳大灣區目前的能源結構中可再生能源占比仍然具有很大的提升空間。而資源豐富、發電效率高、利於形成技術高端的產業集群等特點，使得發展海上風電成為優化粵港澳大灣區能源結構的最佳選擇。本文進一步分析了海上風電發展的現狀及存在的問題，提出促進海上風電發展的措施和建議。

Recent Development and Prospect of Offshore Wind Power in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Abstract: The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area is one of the most open and dynamic economically vibrant regions in China. The improvement of its energy consumption structure has strategic importance, which means the establishment of a clean, low-carbon, stable and efficient energy supply system. And developing the offshore wind power is one of the best solutions because resources are abundant for offshore wind power in the bay area. Also, offshore wind power has high efficiency in power generation and is helpful to form high-tech industrial clusters. Therefore, this article analyzes the recent situation and problems in offshore wind power development, and gives suggestions to stimulate its development in the bay area.
