中低放废液絮凝吸附装置的开发和工程试验——全球核能产业发展报告(2021-2022)

 

摘要:

中低放废液絮凝吸附装置主要用于处理核动力厂放射性废液。本文建立了最大处理量 17 立方米/小时的中低放废液絮凝吸附装置,采用1:1模块化式设计,并通过样机冷态工程试验,验证了对核电站中低放射性废液中铁(Fe)、钴(Co)、锰(Mn)、银(Ag)等胶体核素综合去污因子大于100的絮凝剂、活性炭,成功开发了连续自动化运行、性能稳定的中低放射性废液絮凝吸附处理技术,实现了该技术的国产化自主设计及制造。该技术通过了中国核能行业协会科学技术成果鉴定,可用于核电站中低放废液的处理,能有效去除水体中胶体态和部分胶体态核素,提高下游离子交换树脂的使用效率和使用寿命,最终实现更低的废液排放指标,满足新国标和业主的要求,市场应用前景可观。

Abstract: The flocculation and adsorption device is mainly used for the treatment of low and medium level radioactive liquid waste in nuclear power plant. A flocculation and adsorption device with a maximum capacity of 17m3/h for low and medium level radioactive waste was established, which was modular designed with uniform scale of the commercial device. Industrial test results of the simulate raw water have shown comprehensive decontamination factor reached more than 100 for colloidal nuclides of Fe, Co, Mn and Ag, with optimized flocculant and activated carbon. The device can run stable automatically and continuously. The technology is identified as a scientific and technological achievement by China Nuclear Energy Association. Localized design and manufacture have realized of the stable flocculation and adsorption technology for low and medium level radioactive waste liquid treatment. The technology can be used for the treatment of low and medium level liquid waste in nuclear power plants, raise the efficiency and service life of the ion exchange resin located downstream, and achieve a lower radioactive effluent, which meets the requirements of the new national standard and the potential user. It has a bright market application prospect.
