关于核电厂电气设备及系统剩余寿命评估的研究与探索——全球核能产业发展报告(2021-2022)

 

摘要:

核电厂的电气设备及系统都会遇到延寿及改造的问题,在核电站的延寿及改造前期都需要对相关设备进行剩余寿命评估。本文主要探讨剩余寿命评估的思路与方法,从用户设备老化管理和技术性改造要求出发,根据系统及设备全生命周期性能变化规律及相关性能理论,搭建评估仿真模型,把初始数据、运行数据导入模型拟合出评估结论。最后,通过样机加速老化试验验证评估结论,为设备运行管理及改造提供理论依据,确保延寿电站的安全性。此评估思路及方法不仅在核电行业适用,而且可推广与应用于其他行业中。

Abstract: The electrical equipment and systems of nuclear power plants will encounter the problem of life extension and modification. In the early stage of life extension and modification of nuclear power plants, it is necessary to evaluate the remaining life of related equipment. The paper mainly discusses the ideas and methods of remaining life evaluation. Starting from the aging management and technical transformation requirements of user equipment, according to the performance change law of the system and equipment throughout the life cycle and related performance theories, an evaluation simulation model is built, and the initial data and operation data are imported into the model. Fit the evaluation conclusion. Finally, the evaluation conclusion is verified by the accelerated aging test of the prototype, which provides a theoretical basis for equipment operation management and transformation, and ensures the safety of the life extension power station. Not only in the nuclear power industry, the evaluation idea and method can also be extended and applied to other industries.
