摘要:

美国土耳其岬核电厂(TPNP)3、4号机组是世界上首次获得批准延长运行至 80 年的核电机组。本文介绍了这两台机组反应堆冷却剂和连接管道的老化管理审查情况,包括:非能动和长寿命部件的筛查及其在边界图中的显示;通过部件、预定功能、材料、环境和老化效应的排列组合确定老化管理审查项,并审查是否由适当的老化管理大纲加以应对;NRC工作人员的评估结论等。

Abstract: The units 3&4 of US Turkey Point Nuclear Plant are the world’s first nuclear power units which obtained approval for extended operation to 80-year lifetime. This paper introduces the aging management reviews for reactor coolant system and its connected piping of the two units, including the screening of passive and long-life components and their indications in the boundary diagrams. After ranking the sets of components, intended functions, materials, environment and aging effects, the aging management review items are determined, and whether appropriate aging management programs are provided to cope with is reviewed. The evaluation conclusion of NRC staff is presented.
