2002年加入液化空气集团，历任项目工程师、项目经理、北方业务经理、全球客户经理、先进技术部亚太区业务拓展经理等职。赵先生曾获得天津大学化工学院化工设备与机械工学学士学位和北京大学光华管理学院工商管理硕士学位（MBA）. 赵英朋先生代表液化空气集团参与了《中国氢能产业基础设施发展蓝皮书》的编写和若干氢能相关标准起草与修订。

Zhao Yingpeng, Senior Business Development manager of Air Liquide H2 Energy Company Asia, joined Air Liuqide group in 2002 , have took different positions as project engineer, project manager, North China business manager and global key account manager, and Business Development manager of Air Liquide Advanced Technologies Asia. Mr.Zhao got a Bachelor Degree from Tianjin University  majored in Chemical Machinery and Equipment and a Master degree from Guanghua school of Beijing University for MBA. Be on behalf of Air Liquide group, Mr. Zhao involved in the writing of 《Blue book for the H2 Energy industry infrastructure development 》and updating and writing some of technical standard related to H2E.
