于坤山 第三代半导体产业技术创新战略联盟秘书长，北京国联万众半导体科技有限公司副总裁，教授级高级工程师。享受国务院政府特殊津贴和人事部有突出贡献中青年专家称号，长期从事电力电子、电能质量、定制电力和柔性输电等领域技术研究、产品研发、工程应用和标准化等工作。曾获国家科技进步二、三等奖各一项。目前从事第三代半导体产业规划和产业基地建设，以及系统解决方案、知识产权、标准化等技术研究。

Mr. Yu Kunshan,Secretary-General of the Third Generation Semiconductor Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, Vice President of the Beijing Guolian Wanzhong Semiconductor Technology Co.Ltd.,professor level senior engineer. He enjoys the special government allowances of the State Council, and was named the outstanding mid-aged experts by the national Ministry of personnel. He has been working on researching, applications and standardization for power electronics, power quality, custom power and flexible transmission for more than 30 years. He has won the Second Prize and Third Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. His current work includes industry planning and industrial base construction on third generation semiconductor, as well as researching on system solutions, intellectual property rights and standardization.
