苏树辉理事长在第七届国际清洁能源论坛上发表致辞
尊敬的全国政协副主席何厚铧阁下，各位嘉宾，各位理事：
大家好！
一年一度的国际清洁能源论坛今年迎来了第七个年头，在中国传统文化里，七是阴阳与五行之和，即儒家学说“和”的思想。中国“一带一路”倡议的文化实质就是体现了儒家思想的“和”字，所谓“和”指的就是和平与繁荣，从根本上来说，实现持久和平与繁荣是真正符合“一带一路”沿线国家核心利益的。
澳门是古代海上丝绸之路的起点之一，东盟国家是“21世纪海上丝绸之路”战略合作经济带的重点区域，澳门与东盟国家历史文化渊源深厚，合作基础广泛，日益成为东盟国家重要的业务节点。今年论坛主题就是“清洁能源智慧引领，中国东盟携手合作”。目的是让澳门不仅仅是作为中国与葡语系国家经贸合作平台，在“一带一路”战略的背景下，还要成为中国与东盟国家经贸合作平台，同时将清洁能源与智慧能源纳入两个重要合作平台的载体。
当前东盟国家经济发展有着显著的清洁能源需求，中国在清洁能源领域有着丰富的开发经验和世界领先的技术，双方在清洁能源领域的合作有助于实现优势互补，共同促进能源转型，推动区域经济一体化进程。特别是当前中国在大力推动粤港澳大湾区建设，积极推进绿色一带一路建设的过程中，希望中国与东盟各国以澳门为桥梁，以绿色发展为指引，以清洁能源为载体，共同打造利益命运共同体。
最后，希望大家通过论坛的交流与讨论，互相学习，加深理解，探讨合作，共谋发展，恭祝各位与会者在澳门度过美好的每一天！

Good evening everybody!
The annual International Forum for Clean Energy is now in its seventh year. In Chinese traditional culture, the number “seven” represents the combination of yin and yang with the five elements, and is the Confucian doctrine of “harmony”. The cultural essence of China’s “One Belt One Road” initiative is to embody this Confucian ideal of “harmony”, which symbolises peace and prosperity. Fundamentally, achieving peace and prosperity is a core interest for countries along the “One Belt One Road” route.
Macau was one of the starting points for the ancient maritime Silk Road, and ASEAN countries are key strategic areas for the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. Macao and ASEAN countries have a rich history and culture, and a broad foundation of cooperation. Macao is becoming an increasingly important commercial link for ASEAN countries. The theme of this year’s forum is “Clean Energy and Smart Leadership: China-ASEAN Energy Cooperation”. The goal is not only to make Macau a platform for economic and trade cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, but also a platform for such cooperation between China and ASEAN countries against the backdrop of the “One Belt One Road” strategy. Both of these cooperation platforms are also vehicles for clean energy and smart energy.
At present, the economic development of ASEAN countries has a significant demand for clean energy. Within the clean energy sector, China has a wealth of development experience and is a technology world leader. The cooperation between both sides within the field of clean energy allows us to progress together, promote energy transformation and promote an integrated regional economy. In particular, through encouraging the development of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Greater Bay Area, and actively promoting the construction of the Green Belt and Road, Macau will hopefully become a bridge between China and ASEAN countries. This will use green development as a guide and clean energy as a vehicle to work together towards our joint interests.
Finally, I hope that through the forum everyone will learn from each other, deepen understanding, explore opportunities for cooperation and plan for future development together. I hope you all enjoy your time in Macao!
