綠色建築助力粵港澳大灣區綠色發展

摘 要：

《粵港澳大灣區發展規劃綱要》提出“綠色發展，保護生態”的基本發展原則，同時強調“加強低碳發展及節能環保技術的交流合作，推進低碳試點示範，建設綠色發展示範區，推動形成綠色低碳的生產生活方式和城市建築運營模式，為居民提供良好生態環境”。本文從建築業發展的角度出發，分析了我國綠色建築的發展現狀，結合粵港澳大灣區現階段綠色建築發展特點，基於《粵港澳大灣區發展規劃綱要》，提出促進大灣區綠色建築發展的建議和展望。

Green Building Helps Green Development in “Bay Areas”

Abstract: The "Bay Areas Development Plan" puts forward the basic development principles of "green development, protection of ecology", and emphasizes "enhancing the exchange and cooperation of low-carbon development and energy-saving and environmental protection technologies, promoting low-carbon pilot demonstrations, and building green development demonstration zones. Promote the formation of green and low-carbon production lifestyles and urban construction operation modes to provide residents with a good ecological environment." From the perspective of the development of the construction industry, this paper analyzes the development status of green buildings in China, and combines the characteristics of green building development in “Bay Areas”, based on the " Bay Areas Development Plan", proposes the proposals and outlook of promoting green buildings in “ Bay Areas”.
